Exploring HR Practices in Manufacturing and Services: Can You Share Your Insights?

Hey everyone,

My name is Aditya, and for my summer training project, I am identifying different HR practices (traditional and emerging) followed in various industries, focusing mainly on manufacturing and the services industry. I will be providing recommendations for my company, which is India's leading auto components manufacturing concern. I require information regarding the practices under different functions of HR such as recruitment, selection, compensation, training and development, etc., and how different companies in a particular industry have successfully implemented them. Although I managed to find some information online, it wasn't sufficient.
