4. NATURE OF THE JOB AND EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION
5. EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE ON THE JOB

Interview the employees based on these criteria, identify any deficits, and then ask the employees what would make them satisfied to achieve full involvement.
