the criteria which you have to concentrate are
1. CULTURE OF THE ORGANISATION
2. THE PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL RATING SYSTEM USED BY THE ORGANISATION.
3. THE HIERARCHY STRUCTURE.
4. NATURE OF THE JOB AND EMPLOYEE SATISFACTION.
5. EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE ON THE JOB.
Go for interviewing the employees on this criteria and scan out the deficit found in it and then ask the employees generally, what will make then satisfied so that full involvement occurs.
