One night, four IIT students were playing until late night and could not study for the test scheduled for the next day.
In the morning, they devised a plan. They intentionally made themselves look dirty with grease and dirt. They then approached the Dean and explained that they had attended a wedding the previous night. Upon their return, the tire of their car had burst, forcing them to push the car back all the way. Consequently, they claimed they were not in a condition to take the test.
The Dean, sympathizing with their situation, allowed them to have a re-test in three days. They expressed gratitude and assured him of their readiness by that time.
On the third day, they presented themselves before the Dean. To their surprise, the Dean informed them that, since this was a Special Condition Test, all four students were required to sit in separate classrooms. Despite this unexpected development, they all agreed, having diligently prepared in the last three days.
The test comprised two questions worth a total of 100 marks.
See below for the question paper:
Q.1. Your Name........... ......... ......... (2 MARKS)
Q.2. Which tire burst? (98 MARKS)
a) Front Left b) Front Right
c) Back Left d) Back Right
