First of all, I want to thank you for taking your precious time to visit my post, reply to me, and lend me a helping hand.
In India, employees are not often encouraged to participate in management decisions as they are in countries like Japan and other advanced nations. For instance, consider Quality Circles. Additionally, in India, employees are sometimes treated differently; in certain organizations, they are not paid according to their work. Employees frequently complain about their work and their bosses. It is also worth noting that in India, people often pray to their respective gods before starting work. In this project, I aim to highlight this unique behavior and culture prevalent in Indian organizations. My intention is to provide insight into Indian thoughts, practices, and how to conduct business in India for the benefit of upcoming MNCs and new entrepreneurs.
I plan to conduct research in medium-sized companies in Mumbai.
