I want to conduct a Time and Motion study for my organization. Can you please guide me on how to conduct the study? Which template should be used, and how can the required manpower be calculated for a particular job?

In order to achieve your intended goal, you need to undergo training. Not just anyone can do it without proper training. I am certain that the National Productivity Council will have trainers available for this purpose.
