Today, I am sharing with you the salary and work culture review of Accenture.

An Analyst wrote:
"What I like about my workplace:
Great brand name and opportunity to interact and work with the best minds in the country. Great compensation compared to others in the industry, which attracts a lot of talent to the company. I was offered almost double of what I used to get from my previous employers without much negotiation.

What I don't like about my workplace:
"They" pretend to be professional. I was "trapped" thinking I could make a good career here. The actual work is very low-level for an analyst in India. At times, there's a strong feeling that we in India are given work which no one in the US is ready to do. Sometimes, the work is more clerical or data entry work, which acts as a major bottleneck in using your creativity and skills, not to mention challenging your limits.

This is very useful for those who are joining in the near future. However, I think if someone chooses a job over self-employment, they have to sacrifice their dreams or skills. Just consider your complete commitment to company norms.
