Opening Of PF Account [Thread 167956]

Hi Our Company is located in Noida (U.P.).We want to get it registered with PF Authorities for submitting the PF of employees.Instead of Govt. Authorities, are there any private authorities where we can get the Company registered for PF? RegardsHinna Garg

You can contact any HR consultans who will get registration of ur organisation EPF registration.and they will charge some amt.

Employees Provident Fund is administered by Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Ministry of Labour, Govt. of India. No private agency has been empowered to do this. Therefore, if you want to get your company registered, you have to contact the Enforcement Officer of the EPO only.
