Can We Register Our Company for PF with Private Authorities Instead of Government?

Our company is located in Noida (U.P.). We want to get it registered with PF authorities for submitting the PF of employees. Instead of government authorities, are there any private authorities where we can get the company registered for PF?

You can contact any HR consultants who will help you with the registration of your organization's EPF registration. They will charge a certain amount for their services.

Employees' Provident Fund is administered by the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation, Ministry of Labour, Government of India. No private agency has been empowered to do this. Therefore, if you want to get your company registered, you have to contact the Enforcement Officer of the EPFO only.
