The presentation is in PowerPoint 2007 format. If you DO NOT have Office 2007, you cannot view it. The OP gave you the clue when he said it was a PPSX file. Download the File Converter utility from the Microsoft site and install if you have Office 2003. Rename the file to .ppsx, and you will be able to view it.

It's actually PPSX (created using Office 2007). You can rename the extension to PPS from PPSX in case you're using a lower version.
