We have not been given a specific topic and are asked to select any topic which, according to a particular participant, is relevant. Could you please suggest certain topics for me to consider? Sorry, Preeti for not suggesting. Please tell me, what is your background in terms of qualifications, experience, etc.? Have you searched the web for information on recent conferences held in various parts of the world? If not, I suggest that you do. Being an ex-academic, I know how to ask specific questions, but I struggle with answering them. Best wishes.

I have just completed my MBA in HR in 2009. Since then, I have been working with a small consultancy. My background is in Humanities. No, I have not searched; actually, I got this information only today.

The consultancy I am working with manages recruitment for a company that is organizing this event. So, internally, I got this information. On the 6th, the company will make it open.

Then I suggest that you choose the topic that you used for your MBA project, which makes life easy for you. Also, search CiteHr where people have given ideas for projects. Also, see my posts on Research Methodology and Author Workshop (How to publish papers...). I am sure you are capable of that.
