Handling Theft Misconduct

Theft is a serious misconduct. Why are you giving him a warning letter? Instead, I suggest issuing a suspension letter pending an enquiry. Conduct a proper enquiry by appointing an enquiry officer and providing him with a chance for explanation under the Natural Justice Act.

Ensure a proper and fair enquiry and then terminate his services. What is the use of keeping such an employee?
