M.phil In Mgt. - Ppt Download

I'm using this site for the first time, so i don't knw mch abt. how to use this site........ Like i dnt knw exactly how i can get my queries cleared. So, please help me out
:idea: I have completed my MBA (HR) & now i wanna do M.Phil (Mgt.) through Distance Learning. So, plz suggest me sm gud institutes/Universities for this.
:idea: Also guide me whether can i do M.Phil (Commerce) as i am a commerce graduate & MBA (HR), as i don't have M.Com Degree.
