Seeking Insights on Salary Structures and Annual Hikes for Various Roles in Chennai

We are a software product-based company in Chennai. I would like to have a few details about the average salary structure. For example, what should be the salary for the following positions:

1. Software Engineers
- Fresher (Campus)
- 1-2 years of work experience
- 2-5 years of work experience
- 5-10 years - Project Leader
- Project Manager

2. Product Management
- Fresher (Campus)
- 1-2 years of work experience
- 2-5 years of work experience
- 5-10 years - Project Leader
- Product Manager

3. Product Marketing
- Fresher (Campus)
- 1-2 years of work experience
- 2-5 years of work experience
- 5-10 years - Project Leader
- Product Marketing Manager

Also, can somebody give me a rough idea of what percentage of a hike we should give to employees every year and to candidates who are selected in our company.
