Regarding Bonus - Bonus Act

Dear All,
Could you tell me about the bonus Act how we will calculate the Bonus of employees.is it calculated on actual working days for financial Year Iam very Confusw regarding the Bonus..
My concept is not clear for the Bonus calculation could you tell me in detail.

Minimum Bonus is 8.33% & maximum Bonus is 20%.
Who getting 10000 and below salary are eligible for Bonus
The ceiling amt is 3500.
suppose salary is 3000, calculation is like this
Eg: 3000*12*8.33%
% of bonus is desided by the management on the basis of profit & loss of the accounting year.
