Thank you for your response. I have prepared the questionnaire as requested. However, my guide has advised me to create separate questionnaires for workers, supervisors, administrative staff, and managers. I am unsure about how to proceed with this task, including defining the parameters and necessary details. Could you please assist me in this matter? I have attached the introduction, objectives, review of literature, and the questionnaire for your reference.
