Don't take this personally but you do need to put in work for this presentation and not wait for 'spoon-feeding'.
People will try to help you here but will be unable to hand-hold.
It is OK to make mistakes but you will need to create some original content, that is the only way you get better.

Jiah...With all these inputs given by our esteemed members, if you are still unsatisfied with them , I sugesst you to go back to your mentor or the proj guide ot the prof and seek ino from them. You will get to know the basic defnitions or the actual 5S of HR and frm there on you can start your research taking them as the base.

These attachments though here are related to manufacturing, you need to understand the concepts of 5 S.

You can apply it to your files and folders (hard paper as well as computer files) in a systematic way. For example the naming convention of the files. Similar ways sorting of the files. If you use some presentations or other data representing applications, your can standardize them and create templates so that you dont waste time everyday creating them from sractch. Even tagging and flagging your emails is sorting and systematic arrangement.

Don't close the doors by just looking at ppt and other info here. Think on twisting them. Good luck:icon1:

1 Seiri - Clearing up
2 Seiton - Organising
3 Seiso - Cleaning
4 Seiketsu - Standardization
5 Shitsuke - Discipline

Answered post might be correct but for any manufacturing industry the 5S concept is as follows:-
1) Sort.
2) Set In Order.
3) Shine.
4) Standardize.
5) Sustain.
