Cann anyone enlighten whether casual and medical/sick leave is mandatory in Gujharat and if so how many days a year and on what authirity/ notification etc

dear
as per act only 21 paid leave is allowed ,so law does not say for any casual/sick leave.so if you want you can give as per your choice in your leave policy but no boundation as such.
