How Can We Boost Employee Engagement for 50-60 People on a Tight Budget?

Can you all suggest some employee engagement activities? If the workplace consists of around 50 to 60 employees in a location, what kind of employee engagement activities can be started that are cost-effective, i.e., with minimum or no cost? The idea is to socialize new joiners and strengthen bonds among employees so that they do not get distracted by changing situations.

It's very important to keep the employees engaged; otherwise, the energy goes to negative forces. The best approach is to form different committees of employees such as Gallup, Innovators, Ladies Forum, Fun Committee, Six Sigma Process Improvements Committee, and FMEA. Employees should be encouraged to prepare various presentations on topics of their choice.
