How Do You Gather and Analyze Recruitment Processes for a Cost-Effective Study?

What kind of help do you need? I mean, do you want me to give you the recruitment processes of all the companies that I have collected? Or do you want me to tell you how I gathered such information? Can you please let me know how you are doing the analysis? My mentor asked me to do a comparative study by collecting data first (i.e., the recruitment processes of different companies), then analyze all and find the ideal recruitment process. He even asked me how to make it cost-effective.
