a. Salaries for various levels
b. Leave Policy
c. Late Policy
d. Allowances for various categories of employees
e. Tour Policy
etc

Dear Saravanan,
you can have other policies like Mobile policy, Loan Policy, Computer usage policy i.e. not to misuse interenet provided by company, Dress code policy, Late coming policy, Medical Policy etc.
