Restructuring Mobile Allowance for Senior FMCG Marketing Roles: Any Industry Standards?

I am working with a Mumbai-based FMCG company. We are planning to restructure the mobile allowance for our senior employees from the marketing division, specifically for Brand Managers and above levels. Are there any standard slabs for these positions in the industry? I request all of you to guide me on the above-mentioned allowance policy.

Hi Preeti,

There is no specific allowance policy available in the industry. It depends from organization to organization. It can vary between Rs. 1500/- to Rs. 2200/- per month.

Nowadays, a blackberry is given to many employees. The allowance for the same is separate.
