Is the NIM Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations Worth It? Seeking Advice on Recognition and Validity

Dear Friends,

I want to do a Diploma in Personnel Management and Industrial Relations through correspondence from the National Institute of Management in Kolkata (Head Office in Mumbai). The duration of this course is one year and three months, with expenses amounting to ten thousand rupees. Can anyone suggest to me the recognition and validity of this course?

NIM is an ISO 9001-2000 certified institute and it is recognized by the Government of Maharashtra. Therefore, any degree/diploma awarded by NIM is recognized for employment purposes in corporations.
