if basic+DA of an individual is less than 10 k per month he is entitle to get bonus as per bonus act.bonus calculation is done on 3500 it means we will presume that individual is getting 3500 per month.ninimum bonus is 8.33%
which comes to 300 and maximum bonus bonus is 20% which comes to
8400.
it is calculated on basic+DA

The minimum bonus limit is 8.33%(one month salary) and the maximum is 20%( two and half months salary) on gross salary
