International Certificate In HR Field

Hello everybody,
Nice to meet you all, I am a HR officer in a British company which head office based in Shanghai. I'm a Chinese, I want improve myself in HR field not sure what kind of course or International certificate I need to obtain, any suggestions?

Thanks Chum, I was thinking to take that exam but I am not sure how's that like, will they post me study material before the exam? I don't want fail and waste money:confused:...

Actually Selena, I am not sure abt tat. Thr is no such information given in the site. The other way, they hav given the provision for taking assessment test (optional) before the actual certification exam, which costs $70. Hope, the next certification exam vl b on december'09.
