Seeking Advice: Which International HR Certification Should I Pursue for Career Growth?

Hello everybody,

Nice to meet you all. I am an HR officer in a British company whose head office is based in Shanghai. I'm Chinese, and I want to improve myself in the HR field. I'm not sure what kind of course or international certificate I need to obtain. Any suggestions?

Thanks, Chum. I was thinking of taking that exam, but I am not sure what it's like. Will they send me study materials before the exam? I don't want to fail and waste money. 🤔

Actually, Selena, I am not sure about that. There is no such information given on the site. On the other hand, they have provided the option to take an assessment test (optional) before the actual certification exam, which costs $70. I hope the next certification exam will be in December '09.
