Minimum Wages Confusion: Is It Okay if Daily Rate Exceeds but Basic Pay Falls Short?

Hi,

The basic and DA are lower than the minimum wages, but the daily rate given is higher than the minimum wages provided per day as per the act. Is this correct?

Dear Mr. Raagav,

You cannot bifurcate the minimum wage. The figure of the minimum wage should be inclusive of Basic + D.A.

Please let me know which components are equivalent to the minimum wage. For example, (Basic & DA + HRA) like that.
