The Basic and DA is lesser than the minimum wages , but the daily rate given is higher than the minimum wages given per day as per act. is it correct

You can not bifircate minimum wage the figure of minimum wage should be inclusive of Basic+D.A

pls let me know what are the compenants is equal to minimum wages.
for example (Basic & DA + HRA) like that.
