Candidate Profile:
Minimum 5 to 6 years in the finance domain with a good knowledge of Capital Markets, Wealth Management, and Corporate Finance.
Should possess excellent training expertise, sound oral and written communication skills.

Job Description:
1) Strategize and formulate training programs
2) Liaise with training consultants and institutes for external training programs.
3) Liaise and coordinate with external business partners for training delivery and effectiveness
4) Plan and implement the training calendar and budget for training programs
5) Content Development for product and soft skills modules
6) Ensure maximum employee coverage for all programs
7) Product Training for capital markets, derivatives, mutual funds, life insurance products, etc.
8) Soft skills Training for time management, relationship management, team building, communication, and interpersonal skills, etc.
