sanjay.teni
Dear All,

I need help as my management has asked me to prepare the groundwork for a customized HRIS system. Should I start from scratch or utilize the existing ERP system and make modifications with the help of our IT personnel?

I would like to incorporate the following modules in the HRIS:
1. Recruitment
2. Performance Appraisal
3. Training & Development
4. Leave Management
5. Government-related liaison

Your urgent assistance is greatly appreciated.

Thanks & Regards

Hello Sanjay,

I am working as a PeopleSoft HRMS functional consultant and I can surely help you with this.

Firstly, identify the prospective ERP packages which you would like to implement. For example, you may want SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle, or some other open-source programs.

Secondly, you should try to map your HR practices in the mentioned fields of HR with those delivered in the selected ERP packages.

The more you use the delivered features, the more cost-effective any solution becomes.

PeopleSoft has delivered features and can very well suit any business types for recruitment, payroll, T&D, PMS, etc.

If you need any further help, email me at anshul.2407@gmail.com.

All the best!
