Leave Encashment Policy [Thread 165228]

Dear Seniors,
I need leave encashment policy as per the Tamil Nadu Shops & Establishment Act. Now we are following as, any employee reaches 30 EL in that 12 EL will be encashed remainig EL will be in his/her account. As per our leave policy end of every month one EL will be credited in their account.
Now some of my employees asking me to encash all the ELs. Is it possible? Kindly suggest me.
Also requesting you to provide some support documents.

I am working in a software company as a Hr -executive. Can any one suggest me how to frame a Communication protocols & escalation Policy....I will really thankful if any body help me out with a nice format.
