A nice ppt on process of recruitment. But seems to be incomplete. The process of recruitment will complete only when selected cndidate joins and physicall inducted in organization. Keep on posting.

Also wanted to know the legal aspects for processes followed after employee accepts the offer letter.I am currently making a study report on "Recruitment of Executives with 5 years Experience" where I have studied processes followed as part of recruitment however I am unable to identify whether they confirm with legal standards.Request help and direction in above matter.
