A nice PowerPoint presentation on the process of recruitment. However, it seems to be incomplete. The process of recruitment will be complete only when the selected candidate joins and is physically inducted into the organization. Keep on posting.

Please help me know if there are any laws governing recruitment in organizations. It can be with respect to Indian laws or globally accepted standards that may be followed by top recruitment firms or big organizations for senior and experienced staff recruitment (minimum experience of 5 years and above).

Legal Aspects After Offer Acceptance

I also wanted to know the legal aspects of the processes followed after an employee accepts the offer letter. I am currently working on a study report on "Recruitment of Executives with 5 years of Experience" where I have studied processes followed as part of recruitment. However, I am unable to identify whether they comply with legal standards.
