Mission & Vision For H R

Hi All,
I have joined today to this forum.
So still learning how to post and all.
My manager assigned me a task of drafting a mission & visionfor H R. I searched a lot but unable to get the required info.
Please help me out in this.
Please provide me some model mission & vision.

a mission & vision of HR if any. It must depend on a mission & vision of company.
I think for HR dept, we use terms of objects and strategies only.
