Fake Profile??

Hi,
In these days it's very easy to catch any one with fake Job profile, fake salary slip. You can directly chek candidates Salaried account, and confirm that whether how much she is getting per month salary. You can also chek candidates Job profile before you schedule the interview.
1. you can ask her about the project
2. About Team member
3 Team Size
4 Projection Completion
5 Ask there HR briefly abt there project, project manager, skill, duration, Job profile of the candidate.
6 Ask the same question with Project Manager and chek the difference.

Hi,
I know someone who is going to join a organization with fake job profile as the person has exp in Java but going to join with exp in SAP, if i had make a complaint in the organization, about this, they will take any action against the candidate. Because it's kill opportunity for others who is carrying exp in SAP. and according to me organization has to take more strict action in this type of case.
