Hello friends/members,
I'm here again to ask you a question, so please bear with me. 😄 Yesterday, I got an interview call from a consultancy for a voice process. I said no to them because I seriously want to make my career in the HR field. The person who was on the line replied back that companies are planning for cost-cutting due to the recession and are not planning to add employees in their HR departments. So, don't miss this opportunity, etc., etc.
So, I wanted to know, is that really true? Are we (job seekers, MBA in HR) going to be jobless until the recession ends? I've been searching for a job in the HR field for the past 5 months. Whenever I go for interviews for the post of HR, I give my 100% in the interviews. However, they tell me that they'll let me know, and after that, I keep waiting for their replies. Is this because of the recession?
I'm waiting for your valuable suggestions/advice. Thank you so much for your valuable time. 😊
