How Do You Post Jobs and Download Resumes on Portals Like Naukri? Seeking Guidance!

Can anybody guide me with the process of posting jobs on portals like Naukri, etc., and how to download resumes afterward? :)

Hi,

Regarding the job posting, when you enter the user ID and password, the Resdex page will open. Then, there is an option for job posting, and a new page will open. Fill in all the details; it will take hardly 10 minutes. Click on preview, and after that, you can post it.

Regarding downloading, when you start a search and web pages open, there is an option to download; just click on it. The CV in Word format will open.

Have you bought the Resdex services from Naukri? If so, then call up the Naukri guy for a demo. You will get numbers on the contact us. :)

If not, then also call up the Naukri guy, saying that you want to buy his services and ask him to come for a presentation. He will be the right guy to give all details.

Why worry? Think out of the box!!!! :-P

There is no need to call new Naukri guys for services. Just contact the person who provided the services and ask them to explain; it's part of their job. No worries.
