I had a look at your attachment and have a couple of questions.
1. Who is the intended receiver of this info.i.e. Is this an internal company document?, for students? a course prospectus?
2. I would be pleased to provide specific feedback from a training organization's perspective but I am not sure exactly what you are looking for, course design? flow? content?
3.As a reader of your document, a number of questions came to mind. If I have questions that I can't resolve by reading the document it means that the clarity of information/message could be sharper.

I want to send you a private document on how I might suggest you would set up a course prospectus. What I see here is more of a lesson outline and I would be happy to share my personal process with you privately.
The lesson outline is the preface to your actual design and should accompany your prospectus. Let me know if this is something you would be interested in.

I think for any starter in recruitments, the contents in the document would give tremendous knowledge, if you can share it with all - we improve the programme by also giving the process map.
