1. Who is the intended receiver of this information? Is this an internal company document, for students, or a course prospectus?
2. I would be pleased to provide specific feedback from a training organization's perspective, but I am not sure exactly what you are looking for - course design, flow, or content?
3. As a reader of your document, a number of questions came to mind. If I have questions that I can't resolve by reading the document, it means that the clarity of information/message could be sharper.

I think for any starter in recruitment, the contents in the document would provide tremendous knowledge. If you can share it with all, we can improve the program by also including the process map.
