Struggling to Find Literature for My Recruitment Webpage Project – Any Tips or Resources?

I'm an MBA student. I'm doing my project on designing a corporate recruitment webpage by studying the recruitment process in the organization. The technical aspects are handled by IT people. I have designed and customized the pages for them. Regarding this, I'm searching for literature reviews for my report, but I couldn't find much information even after searching on Google. Can I use the information related to e-recruitment? Please suggest some resources and keywords for my search and assist me with my project, please.
