Need Help For Summer Internship In Iocl

hi to all....m doin ma summer internship from iocl, mathura in hr
need help!!on what kind of project do i select there in iocl mathura
which benefits me in d final placement.....plz help soon.......
keeping ion mind that it is an psu and the headquarter is not in mathura (in mumbai) ....its jus a unit where hr policies are not made
plzzz forward any report on hr in iocl, if anyone had.....reply asap :confused:

Not knowing what IOCL in Mathura do or what will be useful to them too, it's not possible to answer your question. Please ask your mentor at IOCL.
Please read my posts on Research Methodology (Ppt slides attached), and on MBA projects, at CiteHr. Also other posts in response to students' requests for help with analysing questionnaires. There are also useful posts by other experts such as Leo Lingham, Prodcon, Ash Mathew, etc.

so with regard to that suggest some topic where i can apply research

Ask them, what they would like you to do. Or search CiteHr for ideas, which have been posted..
