How to Choose a Beneficial HR Project for Your IOCL Mathura Internship?

Hi to all, I'm doing my summer internship at IOCL, Mathura in HR. I need help on what kind of project to select there at IOCL Mathura, which will benefit me in the final placement. Please help soon.

Keeping in mind that it is a PSU and the headquarters are not in Mathura (in Mumbai), it's just a unit where HR policies are not made. Please forward any reports on HR in IOCL if anyone has them. Reply ASAP. 🤔

Not knowing what IOCL in Mathura does or what would be useful to them, it's not possible to answer your question. Please ask your mentor at IOCL.

Thank you for the reply. I just need some more help! Please tell me, in general, what are the good HR projects for doing a summer internship in PSUs. I can't do attrition analysis, so please suggest some topics where I can apply research methodology there! 😕😕😕
