I have around 4 years of experience in Recruitments with Big Brands in the Staffing/Recruitment Industry. I am currently handling a team of 6 recruiters. However, it seems I have reached a stagnation point in my career even though I am just 22 years old. I am a graduate in HR, and I do not have plans to pursue an MBA currently as I need to support my family. I would now like to transition to a Corporate firm in their HR division, but I am not finding any good openings as my current CTC is 3.2lpa. The firms mention that they cannot offer such a high salary to me as I am considered too young for them. I am wondering if a Six Sigma Certification would be beneficial for me in any way. What are the potential benefits of a Six Sigma Certification for someone in HR?
I would also like to request any seniors here to inform me if there are any openings available for me. I am looking forward to valuable suggestions from your end.
