Here are the some tips which might be useful for you for measuring training effectiness
1. Type of training (Technical/Communication and Soft skills
2. Date of Training
3. Trainer Name
4. Supervisor/Reporting Manger name of the trainee at the time of training
5. Inputs from the supervisor/Reporting Manager before the training(Ratings can be 1 - 5). You can take the specific skill set name and define the parameters on which the participant is nominated for that particular training.
6. Time line for measuring the effectiveness i.e. after 1/2/3 months of training.
7. As per the time line defined by you ask the supervisor/reporting manager to evaluate the particpant based upon those rating on which the participant has been nominated for the training. The supervisor/Reporting Manager is able to check the participants confidence based upon the utilization of the skill of the participant after training.
