Your appointment will be a probation for a period of six months from your date of joining the company, which may be extended in the case it is found necessary. Please note that you will continue to be on probation unless you are specifically advised about your confirmation in writing at any time.
During the period of Probation or on confirmation of your services there of, your appointment shall continue unless and until terminated by either party giving not less than one month's notice in writing anytime.
In case you decide to leave the services of the Company, you will be required to give not less than one month's notice in writing & the Company at its sole discretion may relieve you of your duties anytime during the notice period, and in that event you will be paid salary up to the last working day.
In cases where, due to reasons beyond the employee's control, the employee is required to give notice less than the notice period, the Company may at its sole discretion relieve the employee of his duties before the completion of the mandatory notice period with or without payment of salary in lieu of such notice period or shortfall therein.
