Struggling to Find Relevant HRM Models for India? Need Book and Article Suggestions!

This is really urgent. Can anyone please help me out with the different types of HRM Models and their relevance in the Indian context? Is there any website where I can get related articles, abstracts from the books, etc.? If there are some books, please suggest me the names also. I have tried a lot searching on the net but found nothing much worthwhile. Please help me out. I'll be really grateful to you.
