Can anyone help me out with the pricing models for conducting an employee engagement survey for a 5000+ employee organization? Additionally, could you provide the names of a few companies that conduct these surveys?

1. Has a staff engagement framework and model.
2. Has expertise in EES and extensive experience in conducting EES.
3. Has the capability to conduct online surveys and/or paper-based surveys (all depend on your staff profile).
4. Has the ability to make comparisons against past survey data (if this is a requirement).
5. Has the ability to present an executive summary of findings and make recommendations.
6. Has a well-defined database for benchmarking against: a) Country norms, b) Location norms, or c) Industry norms.
7. Provides flexible/customizable reports.
8. Results presentation to different stakeholders, e.g., Management and employees.
9. Optional item: Indicates the capability to provide an appropriate framework based on recommendations.

Provide more in-depth project specifications to the survey providers and ask them to quote on the same scope. The pricing gap from seasoned and established providers will not be too wide, but you need to determine the real value proposition in totality.
