Developing an Employee Training Dashboard in Excel: Cost and Attendance Tracking Guide

As a part of my summer internship, I need to develop a training dashboard that captures the trainings attended by all employees on a monthly basis. The dashboard should consist of fields like mandays and the cost of various kinds of training attended by each department's employees.

Please guide me on how to do this in Excel.

First, you need to be very clear with all the attributes required in the Training dashboard. The above attributes are of two dimensions, for example, tracking attendances and tracking costs are two different dimensions. The objective of a dashboard is to facilitate understanding.
