How Much Do IT Companies Like Wipro and Accenture Pay Recruitment Agencies?

Please provide details regarding Recruitment/Placement agency payment criteria for various IT companies (Wipro, Infotech, Satyam, Accenture, etc.). How much does each IT company pay for one recruitment from a Recruitment/Placement agency?

Band 4 Software Eng./ Executives or up to 4 yrs. Exp.: 8.33%

Band 3 Sr Software Eng/ Sr. Executive/ TL/ Asst Manager Project Leader or 4 - 7 yrs. exp.: 10%

Band 2 Manager/ AVP/ SDL/ Project Director or 7-12 yrs: 12.5%

Band 1 VP, MD, CTO, CEO & above or 12+ yrs. Experience: 16%

+ 12.36% Service Tax

But it can vary from company to company as many consultancies have reduced their charges because of the recession. So, you can bargain for a better deal.
