Actually, after 30 days, all employees gathered in the office. At that time, the CEO told us to extend the period until March 5. We requested him to provide this in writing, but they mentioned they were unable to do so, stating he did not have the authority to provide written confirmation (despite having the authority to terminate all 45 people). His approach at that time was just ridiculous. We expressed our inability to comply, leading them to call the police, while we also contacted reporters and a news channel.
When the inspector arrived, he (PSI) instructed to adhere to the period specified on paper. Subsequently, the CEO agreed without any objections, stating he would need until March 31 to settle everything, to which we all consented. However, after March 31, when we emailed, he requested another week. During this period, he paid the salaries of those who had been confrontational during the meeting before March 31. Some of us remained, and after ten days, we sent a gentle reminder email. Despite this, he continued to extend the deadlines daily.
During this time, my financial situation was exceedingly frustrating. I emailed him, using the term "rubbish." Following this, everyone received their payments except for me. I called them and visited the office. The CEO informed me that my check was ready but that I needed to go to Aurangabad, the head office, to collect it from the chairman, as he had forwarded the email to him. I apologized and explained my frustrations. However, he questioned my actions of involving the media and such, claiming he was taking responsibility for me.
I agreed to visit the head office as instructed, and they mentioned scheduling an appointment before my visit. I emailed them the dates I could visit and requested an appointment. However, they have not responded, stating they have yet to receive a reply. It appears they are toying with me, extending the time frame, while my financial situation worsens.
Please advise on what steps to take. Can I file a complaint against them with the police or approach the labor commission?
