A boss is a boss, isn't it?

Nevertheless, not all bosses are like the one in this attachment!

Sir,

Please give suggestions for the following:

A Company

a b c d e f

I am working with unit b of Company A, which has 6 units: a, b, c, d, e, f. The company is demerged, and the new name of Company B now has 3 units: a, b, c; and Company C has 3 units: d, e, f.

After the demerger, some employees are working with Company B unit b and are being transferred to Company C.

Please provide suggestions on whether employees should submit a resignation or an internal transfer letter. Note that the transferred employee has a total of 15 years of service.

Your reply is awaited.

My email address is anoopshrotriya@gmail.com.

Dear Good Post,

Anju mentioned that experience teaches a lot. Working for 5 years on one's own is equivalent to working for 1 year under an experienced person. What do you say?

This made me laugh a lot.

There is a major difference in the way we Asians respond to bosses emotionally and sentimentally compared to Westerners. The cultural differences have shaped our history. As knowledge-based learning society takes over, merit will eventually prevail.

By the way, has anyone ever appreciated a married man? Ask the boss!!

I am heading an institution as well as reporting to somebody; this means I have to play the roles of a boss as well as a subordinate. The best way is to apply pragmatism. Do your duty well. Be systematic, be sincere, and appreciate the goodness of others. Don't be afraid to question the wrong actions of others, which are detrimental to the organization. Everywhere there will be some organizational gossip, politics, etc. Safeguard yourself and don't get scared. Be yourself. Contemplate well, "go inside" and look at your mistakes often. All of us have crawled first before starting to walk. Mistakes, if corrected, can take you through many good pathways. All the best, dear brothers and sisters.

Regards
