Why Am I Not Getting Much Calls, Trying For A New Job Since Last 4 Months...

Hi All,I am an MBA HR with 4+ yrs of work exp.I have been trying for a new job in Delhi Ncr region since last 4 months but am not getting response from majority of job applications.Kindly help me out in knowing... is this due to market situation? , are a lot of other of HR professionals facing this problem?I am confused as I see so many jobs posted in jobsites but to no avail...Thanks,Anuradha

few tips:
Kindly call the recruiter instead of just applying thru mail
Please update your resume every once a week. Becuase job boards will show only recent upated profiles the first page - u see, when a recruiter hunts for ur an HR profile of your background - they will already get 10 resumes (recent updated resumes) in their first page and they will hire from that list
Kindly mention ur salary range
Willingness to relocate / yes or no
Detailed resume that highlights ur achievments
Hope this would help. my first suggestion would be - pls call and talk to the company... rather than just emailing.

IN HR jobs are being offered to the known ones and not through portals . Most of the jobs are on hold for HR . i my self is 14 yrs and looking for job since 3 months .
I am very much open to relocate but no reponse for market ,but if bychance the recruiter calls first he ask why didyou left the old company , is this due to R FACTOR > BUt really i left the old comapny due to misbehaviour and wrong language used by reporting manager .
I thinks all these forums need to suggest proper methodology to handle such situation but no one gives proper direction . if HR is facing such problem what happens to other ???
