Performance Appraisal - Manufacturing Company [Thread 162269]

I am doing a summer project on Performance appraisal in a manufacturing company which has a shop floor workers as well as staff management. I need your guidance to know how do i start with and make the questionnaire for the desired results. can you please send me some project done on Performance appraisal so that i can get an idea.

Hi Gauri,
In order to an academic project, you need to do literature search to see what others have done and how. The in consultation with the organisation decide upon the aim and objectives before you think about the methodology and questionnaire.
