If Coca Cola is interested in a project on Organisation Culture go ahead with it, if not ask them what's their priority. Work-Life Balance is a current topic and you can find my posts at citeHR on that. Also kindly ook at my posts on Research methodology and projects.

Ho w large is the company. Quality of Work Life in CC could be good choice. See my post at CiteHr on that topic, and show the site to the people at CC and get their permission.
