Seeking Ideas for HR Project on Coca-Cola's Organizational Culture – Any Suggestions?

This is Vijay, pursuing my MBA (HR) in the 2nd year. Friends, I need your help regarding the project. I am working on my project in Coca-Cola Pvt Ltd, and I am interested in exploring the organizational culture there. Can anyone suggest a suitable HR topic for my final project that aligns with the organization? I am eagerly awaiting your replies, friends.

As we all know, the Cite HR forum is an active website where we can find all management-related resources. I am hoping for the best replies from you, friends.

If Coca-Cola is interested in a project on Organizational Culture, go ahead with it. If not, ask them what their priority is. Work-Life Balance is a current topic, and you can find my posts on that on citeHR. Also, please look at my posts on Research Methodology and projects.

Thank you a lot for your reply and suggestion. Actually, I am unable to decide on the topic, but I have an idea about focusing on organizational culture. I asked a Coca-Cola representative, but they didn't suggest anything. They mentioned that I should decide on my own. I just posted because if anyone has come across the Coca-Cola company, they would know what's good in the company.
