Prime Focus: Need for Training and Identification Procedure of the Need

Questions on Self-Effectiveness:
- Are you punctual enough to complete daily tasks and ready to leave the office on time?
- Do you present yourself appropriately with your dress code throughout the day?
- How many of your colleagues smile and wish you during the day?
- Do you believe in using your money or the company's money for personal expenses?

Core Competence Questions:
- Are you perfectly qualified for the job assigned or the position you hold? If not, what areas would you like to update and when?
- Do you interact positively with people in all directions?
- How do you evaluate yourself daily regarding the application of your technical skills?
- How much did you contribute to the bottom line today, at least in terms of your daily income?
