Seeking Feedback on HR Processes for a Small Company: How Can I Improve?

Dear All,

I am Grishma, working with a private limited (PVT LTD) company that has a staff strength of 30 employees and reporting to the CEO of the company. I have been assigned the task of preparing various HR processes such as Recruitment, Termination, Leave, Attendance, Induction, and Management Roles. I have attached the documents that I have prepared herewith. I would be grateful if you could provide some suggestions for the same.

Excellent stuff prepared! Although I am unable to suggest or upgrade since the international scenario is very much different compared to the Indian market, and I have been out of India for the past nine years. Appreciate your real HR spirit and dedication.
