Need Help with Filling PF Form 2 – Can Anyone Guide Me Through This?

I have a confusion in filling PF form 2, which I have attached. Please help me out with this.

Dear Anshu,

First one - she can nominate. Second and third one - if the employee is married or unmarried, she can mention her family details.

Part A, the member can fill in the percentage mentioned clearly.

Part B1 is usually for a spouse and children; however, unmarried individuals can fill in the parent's details.

Part B2: If there is no specified family member (i.e., B-1 is blank), namely parent, wife, or children, then the member can nominate a brother, sister, or any other blood relative with their details.
